You can import the OpenSCAD code by simply copy/past it directly into the OpenSCAD program. 

OpenSCAD is a fantastic application that allows you to create programatic and parametric designs.
It is great to modify your exported Minecraft region or to attach/combine it with other SCAD objects that can be found everywhere on the Internet.
